Use Your Gifts to Make a Difference

Volunteers are at the heart of Divine Threads. They share their time, talents, and encouragement to walk alongside women who are rebuilding their lives after trauma.

Whether you’re mentoring a woman one-on-one, helping behind the scenes, or using your professional skills to support our programs, there are many ways to get involved. You don’t need special experience for many of our volunteer roles—just a heart to serve and a willingness to share what you know.

Our Highest Priority Volunteer Needs

1-on-1 Budgeting Mentors

Help a woman gain confidence managing her finances through four one-on-one sessions covering spending, creating a budget, and learning how to manage it. Sessions can be held in person or remotely.

1-on-1 Job Search Mentors

Help a woman prepare for her next employment opportunity through one-on-one mentoring focused on résumé writing, setting up an Indeed profile, and interview preparation. Sessions can be held in person or remotely.

Instagram Volunteer

Help us share the work of Divine Threads by regularly posting content to our Instagram account. We provide the content—you help us keep our stories, programs, and opportunities visible and engaging.
