Volunteer

Volunteer service has been the lifeblood of Divine Threads. From its inception in 2011 until hiring a paid Executive Director in late 2023 Divine Threads operated with 100% volunteers who loyally and lovingly served our clients. To date we still operate with only one paid employee and rely on the faithful service of our volunteers to provide our services. Because the work is so fulfilling, we have a strong network of volunteers. That being said, we are always looking to grow our volunteers to keep up with the demand for our programs.

Currently we are looking for people to serve in the following volunteer roles:

Highest Priority

Light Admin/Simple Bookkeeping
Seamstresses who can do alterations on clothing either at a makeover or at home
Nail Techs who can do natural nail mani/pedi’s
A Grief Share Facilitator

Also Need

Hair Stylist for cut and style (No color)
Make Up Artists
Donation Sorters
