At Divine Threads, we walk alongside women who are rebuilding their lives after trauma. Our holistic package includes at least one program in each of the following core areas:

Emotional Healing

Trauma leaves physical, mental, and emotional scars. Our clients share that the wounds you can’t see are the most painful and the hardest to heal. Feelings of sadness, fear, anger, guilt, unworthiness, and isolation haunt them every day, keeping them from being the confident, content, purposeful women they were created to be. To support each woman on her journey toward emotional healing, Divine Threads offers the following programs:

Emotional Wellness Bundle
- Three 90min workshops are offered once a month for 3 months
- Covers: Setting Boundaries, Managing Emotions, and Healthy Communication
Abuse Support Group
- Fourteen 2-hour sessions offered once per week for 14 weeks
- Covers: Steps to heal from abuse
Grief Support Group
- Ten 2-hour sessions offered once per week for 10 weeks
- Covers: Helpful steps for healing after the loss of a loved one

Life Skills Training

Often the women we serve have missed out on the opportunity to learn critical life skills that prevent them from achieving greater success in life. Divine Threads has selected a handful of the most needed programs in the areas of:

Beginner Computer Class
- Seven 1-hour sessions offered once per week for 7-weeks
- Graduates receive a laptop computer and a 1-year subscription to Microsoft 365
Intro to Budgeting (1-on-1 Mentorship)
- Four sessions (in person or remote)
- Includes tracking spending, creating a budget, and managing the budget
Intro to Job Searching (1-on-1 Mentorship)
- Three sessions (in person or remote)
  - Includes Résumé writing, Indeed profile setup, and Interview preparation.
- 2 optional sessions are also available
  - Job aptitude assessment and the ability to find an interview outfit with a Stylist at Divine Threads

Makeovers

While providing clothing meets an important physical need, our makeovers offer so much more. When a woman sees herself looking her best, it builds confidence and a sense of pride. As one of our clients shared, “It’s like getting a makeover on the inside!” At Divine Threads, we offer a Personalized Makeover that includes:

2.5-hour session with a style team
Advice on what clothes and makeup to wear so she looks your best
A capsule wardrobe curated just for her that includes about 30 pieces of clothing, shoes, jewelry, a handbag, a coat, and makeup
